TEP Inc. has generated 28 individual "Energy-Wrap" specification sheets; they are categorized into five temperature ranges to a maximum of 1100 D.F. In all the ranges we offer either a Teflon or Silicone coated fiberglass cloth cold face jacket. In the lowest temperature range (most applications), we offer two types of insulation material, the option to provide a mesh liner on the hot face, and either lacing anchor or buckle and strap fastening system. In the two mid-range temperature categories, again we offer the mesh liner option on the hot face and only lacing anchor fastening. In the two highest temp range applications (a stainless steel mesh liner is required) and again only lacing anchor fastening.

Material Safety Data Sheets are scanned copies supplied from the manufacture of the component materials that we utilize in the fabrication of the TEP "Energy Wrap" removable/reusable insulation systems / covers. We will update this information on an annual basis.

TEP, Inc has generated 10 common "fill-in-the-blank" forms for valve measurement. On large projects where it is cost effective, we provide the on-site field verification of measurements for the custom blankets that we fabricate. On small projects where the travel expense is not justified, we work with the customer to provide field dimensional data.
