Flange Pair

A flange pair "Energy Wrap" will cover the exposed flange and is designed to overlap onto the adjacent pipe insulation (length of bolt plus 1"). It is designed to fit the O.D. of the flange.

Blind Flange

Blind flange "Energy Wrap" will cover all exposed metal including the flange face, and overlap onto the adjacent pipe insulation (length of bolt plus 1"). It is designed to fit the O.D. of the flange.

Gate Valve

Gate valve "Energy Wrap" will cover valve body and bonnet. It is designed to fit welded valves.

Pipe spool "Energy Wrap" is designed to fit the O.D. of standard schedule 40 pipe, and can be designed to required lengths.

Elbow

A welded elbow "Energy Wrap" covers a standard schedule 40 iron pipe long radius elbow from weld to weld. A short radius can be supplied as well if requested.

Econo Wrap

"Econo Wrap" is a product made to cut and apply in the field. Buckle and strap assemblies can be purchased separately to secure the blanket once it has been cut from the 13 foot long roll, using widths as specified.

Tube Wrap

Tube Wrap is a product made to cover ½ in. diameter stainless tube (either electrical traced or not) and the 10 foot lengths can be easily modified in the field to meet unique applications.

Buckles and Straps

TEP Buckles and Straps are used for securing reusable insulation covers onto flanges, valves, flanged pairs, etc. They can be installed in the field in the same manner as a typical lacing anchor. They are quick and easy to install, and without the use of wire or tools.
